Hi! I just want to be totally transparent with you. Running a blog like this takes a bunch of time and resources (like money) to create content, host the website, make it look nice, and hopefully brighten and enlighten your day. To do all of this, I need to “monetize” this site so that it can operate.

In order to keep the site enjoyable and make it most beneficial for you, I decided to monetize the site with affiliate links (as well as a few ads). The links are where I randomly provide links to various products from various vendors (like Amazon, Target, Walmart, BestBuy, etc.) for items that I believe that you will find useful or enjoy, throughout the posts on this site. All of the links I provide are from vendors for products and services which are trusted and reputable. In other words, I’m not linking lemons on this site.

I will write about something and you will see a link to a product or service that has some sort of commonality with what I’m writing about. These links don’t cost you anything extra for you to click on them or even buy the item (or service) if you like what’s being offered. These affiliate offers are merely a way for me to manage the costs of running this website.
